The problem
Four systems, one deal, and you're the glue.
The showing time lives in BrokerBay. The date is in the MLS listing. The task sits in Follow Up Boss. The signature is stuck in DocuSign. Nobody is watching all four at once, so the condition deadline that costs a commission is the one that slips.
Deadlines
Every condition deadline, watched.
Deskhand reads each deal's dates from the systems you already use and puts them on one board, sorted by what is closest to slipping. It flags a deadline before it is late, not after, so the deposit or condition removal that would have cost you is the one it reminds you about first.
| Deal | Deadline | Due | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 88 Carleton St | Deposit to trust | 2 days ago | overdue |
| 148 Maple Ave | Condition removal | in 2 days | due soon |
| 61 Aylmer Ave | Insurance binder | in 4 days | due soon |
| 7 Rosslyn Rd | Home inspection | in 5 days | on track |
| 210 Weller Ave | Closing docs | in 8 days | on track |
Showing feedback
Showing feedback, chased for you.
After every showing, Deskhand emails the buyer agent for feedback and follows up if they go quiet, so your seller hears something real instead of silence. It drafts each message in your voice and waits for your approval before anything sends.
Hi Rana, following up on Tuesday's showing at 148 Maple. Any read from your clients? The sellers are weighing an offer this week and your feedback helps.
Documents
DocuSign packages, assembled.
When a deal moves, Deskhand pulls the right forms for the stage, fills the deal details it already knows, and stacks the DocuSign package in signing order. You see what is complete and what is still missing before it goes out, so nothing gets signed around a blank field.
One board
Every live deal, on one board.
Instead of opening four systems each morning, you open one. Deskhand shows every live deal, what is due this week, what it chased on your behalf, and the short list of things that actually need you. A coordinator's status update, without the coordinator's salary.
How it works
The coordinator's routine, run for you.

Flags deadlines before they slip, emails buyer agents for feedback, and stacks your DocuSign packages.
You approve

FAQ
Questions worth asking.
Can I use Deskhand today?+
Not yet. Deskhand is in early access and we are opening offices from the waitlist in small batches. Join now and you get first access when a spot opens, plus the founding $99 flat rate held for you.
Is it really flat $99, or does it scale with agents and deals?+
Flat $99 a month per office, whatever your agent count or deal volume. We priced it against the human coordinator this replaces, roughly $1,500 a month, not against per-seat software. No negotiated quote, no seat math.
Does Deskhand replace my agents or touch commissions?+
No. It does the coordinator's back-office work: deadlines, feedback chasing, and document assembly. It never talks to your clients as you, never negotiates, and never touches a commission split. Your agents keep doing the deal-making.
What can it actually see and change in my systems?+
Deskhand reads deal dates, showings, and documents, and drafts the follow-ups and packages. Nothing sends or gets filed without your approval. You can disconnect any system at any time and export what it has organized.
What happens to my email address?+
It joins the Deskhand waitlist only. We email you about Deskhand access. You get the broader Agentsy Labs digest solely if you tick that box. Unsubscribe anytime in one click, and it applies everywhere.
What does it connect to at launch?+
BrokerBay, Follow Up Boss, and DocuSign to start, since that is the stack most of the brokerages we hear from already run. MLS and local board data is rolling out region by region. Tell us your board when you join.
